Rida Nuwayhid holds B.S., M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in engineering. He lectures on thermal sciences and solar energy. His research interests are in renewable energy and the environment. He is also a forestry enthusiast and enjoys planting chestnut and hazelnut trees.
