Sibylle Tamer Abillama is a designer with an appetite for living. She obtained her degree in Fine Arts at ALBA Lebanon, and later on joined Parsons School of design in New York City.
Sibylle exhibited her masterpieces in New York, France, Italy, and the Middle East and in her HOME country, Lebanon. Designs such as the “Why U… Y-me…?”, a shisha, has been exhibited at “Maison et Objet” with Sawaya and Moroni projects named “Switch on Lebanese Design.”
After that she also exhibited her products in Italy at Salone del Mobile in Milano. One of her creations which is a ceramic tea pot “Why – Not?” is exhibited in Torino, Italy at the Musee International d’Art Applique d’Aujourd’hui.
One of her creations the backgammon dice “Mastara” is created with a twist, to awaken old Lebanese traditions in a new notion.
